These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Rove: Gym & Calisthenics ("Rove", "the app"), a mobile application provided by kodmap. By downloading or using Rove, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Health notice. Rove provides general fitness information and tools, not medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a physician before starting any program, and stop if you feel unwell. You use Rove at your own risk.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rove for your own non-commercial fitness purposes, subject to these Terms and the app store's terms.

2. Subscriptions & billing

  • Rove offers an optional Pro subscription (monthly, 3-month, and annual plans) that unlocks premium features.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region and over time. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by the app store under its policy.

3. AI-generated content

Rove can generate workout programs using AI. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. Review any plan and adapt it to your ability and health.

4. Health & fitness disclaimer

Rove is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information such as BMI, BMR, TDEE, 1RM, and calorie estimates are approximations for general guidance. You are responsible for exercising safely and within your limits. kodmap is not liable for any injury, health issue, or loss arising from your use of the app.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate features you use (such as generating an AI plan or syncing your data).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including: reverse-engineering it except where permitted by law; interfering with its operation or security; using it unlawfully; or infringing others' rights.

7. Intellectual property

Rove, its design, content, and trademarks are owned by kodmap or its licensors and are protected by law. Exercise catalog data and media are provided under their respective licenses.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, kodmap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Rove at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.

11. Governing law & contact
